Teaching Work Skills offers a number of free programs designed to provide a range of work skills to our students.

As explained in the Volunteer section, the workshops and classes have been designed to place an emphasis on “learning by doing” which not only increases retention but can also make for a fun and interactive learning environment for everyone.

These programs were created to cover a wide range of skills that can help in a variety of ways, including personal development, self-confidence, as well as learning skills with real life applications such as basic home repair.

For those with an interest and marketable skills, we offer a Pre-Apprenticeship Program which will better prepare you for entering into an apprenticeship program .  Below is a list of classes offered.  Click the links for more information.
